Doing all the study the night before an exam puts a lot of pressure on the brain and therefore may not perform as well the following day. Get up, walk around the room, go for a walk or even do some exercise.

College students need to learn how to balance a healthy social life with their acamdemic studies. Joining new groups or sports clubs are great ways to meet new people or doing group study can also be fun while helpful. It is vital that college students avoid drugs and drink alcohol in moderation in order to live a healthy lifestyle. All students do like to go out and enjoy themselves but this needs to be in moderation and not done coming up to exams.
