Study Breaks

Studying regularly has proven to be much easier on the brain than cramming for exams. Doing all the study the night before an exam puts a lot of pressure on the brain and therefore may not perform as well the following day. It can lead to many mistakes including facing blanks in the exam. When studying for long periods, study breaks are vital for your mental health. Get up, walk around the room, go for a walk or even do some exercise.
